Tripon Tours and Travels provides domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, travel insurance, visa assistance, flight bookings, and other related travel services.


3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Full or partial advance payment is required at the time of booking as per the package.

  • Accepted payment methods include online transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank deposits.

  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email or WhatsApp once payment is received.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the terms of the selected package or service provider (airline, hotel, etc.).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after deduction of cancellation charges.

  • No refunds will be given for unused services once a tour has started.


5. Travel Documents

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents.

  • We assist with visa applications but do not guarantee approval by any consulate/embassy.


6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or delay during travel.


7. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will inform you in advance of any significant changes wherever possible.


8. Liability

  • Tripon Tours and Travels acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport).

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services.


9. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during booking.

  • Misconduct or violation of local laws during a tour may lead to removal from the tour without a refund.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
